The Opportunity: We are recruiting RMOs, Registrars, and CMOs to provide high-quality care across emergency departments in the Nepean Blue Mountains LHD. Assess and manage a wide range of acute presentations Participate in resuscitation, trauma, and critical care management Work closely with FACEMs, registrars, and nursing staff in high-pressure settings Opportunities for procedural skill development and advanced critical care exposure Flexible rostering - choose ad hoc shifts or extended locum blocks Clinical Environment - What You'll Gain: Varied case-mix across busy tertiary EDs and regional/rural hospitals Supportive supervision and collaborative multidisciplinary teams Opportunities to build experience in high-acuity care, including trauma and resus A strong foundation for doctors pursuing Emergency Medicine or Critical Care training pathways Exposure to both adult and paediatric emergencies in dynamic settings Eligibility: AHPRA General Registration (minimum PGY2) Experience in Emergency Medicine / Critical Care NSW Working with Children Check Police Check Australian working rights Ability to complete hospital credentialing Location - Nepean Blue Mountains LHD: Work in one of NSW's most diverse regions, from the bustling Nepean area to the scenic Blue Mountains .
